Ridgeway Services & Construction Ltd. is a proud family-owned and operated company with over 30 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. Many of our dedicated team members are family, and that spirit of trust, commitment, and collaboration is reflected in everything we do.

We specialize in Commercial Retail Design, Engineering, and Construction, with a strong focus on working directly with landlords and leasing agents. Our expertise lies in interpreting Landlord Work Schedules within lease agreements and transforming them into detailed scopes of work with accurate cost estimates. This streamlined approach helps expedite lease execution and ensures that all landlord responsibilities are met throughout the construction process.

Our team includes a full-time office staff of 10 and a field staff of 20 experienced professionals—site superintendents, carpenters, framers, drywallers, painters, and general laborers—all highly skilled in retail construction, store fixturing, restaurant builds, office build-outs, and tenant fit-ups.

We handle a wide range of projects, from individual retail stores, restaurants, offices, and daycares to full ground-up construction of new strip plazas and pad site buildings.
